Usuń konto w aplikacji
- Zaloguj się.
- Otwórz ustawienia konta.
- Wybierz „Usuń konto”.
- Potwierdź operację i ponownie uwierzytelnij konto Google, jeśli aplikacja o to poprosi.
Usunięcie konta usuwa dane chmurowe i publikacje Community. Dane lokalne pozostają na urządzeniu.
Żądanie bez korzystania z aplikacji
Nie musisz instalować ani uruchamiać aplikacji. Wyślij wiadomość z adresu e-mail używanego do logowania w DrumTrainerze. Jest to potrzebne, aby potwierdzić własność konta. Jeśli nie możesz wysłać wiadomości z tego adresu, opisz sytuację — obsługa poda możliwe dalsze kroki weryfikacji.
Nigdy nie przesyłaj hasła Google, kodów 2FA, danych płatniczych ani dokumentu tożsamości. Pieńkawa.pl nie prosi o takie informacje w celu usunięcia konta.
Co zostanie usunięte, a co pozostanie
Usuwane
- konto Firebase Authentication,
- profil użytkownika,
- publikacje Community,
- zadania wysłane i odebrane,
- zgłoszenia związane z użytkownikiem,
- dane aktywnego okresu próbnego,
- techniczne identyfikatory/skróty publikacji, licznik publikacji, starsze dane chmurowe i inne dane chmurowe należące do konta.
Pozostają
- minimalny pseudonimowy skrót SHA-256 identyfikatora konta Google, używany wyłącznie do zapobiegania ponownemu wykorzystaniu okresu próbnego,
- lokalne dane na urządzeniu,
- historia zakupu po stronie Google Play,
- dane diagnostyczne podlegające niezależnym okresom przechowywania Firebase/Google.

Delete your account in the app
- Sign in.
- Open account settings.
- Select “Delete account”.
- Confirm the action and re-authenticate your Google account if the app asks you to.
Deleting your account removes cloud data and Community posts. Local data remains on the device.
Request deletion without the app
You do not need to install or open the app. Send the message from the email address used to sign in to DrumTrainer. This is needed to confirm account ownership. If you cannot send from that address, explain the situation and support will provide any available next verification steps.
Never send your Google password, 2FA codes, payment information, or identity documents. Pieńkawa.pl does not ask for this information to delete an account.
What is deleted and what remains
Deleted
- Firebase Authentication account,
- user profile,
- Community posts,
- sent and received assignments,
- reports associated with the user,
- active trial data,
- fingerprints, publication count, legacy cloud patterns, and other cloud data belonging to the account.
Remains
- a minimal pseudonymous SHA-256 hash of the Google account identifier, used only to prevent repeated use of the trial period,
- local data on the device,
- purchase history managed by Google Play,
- diagnostic data subject to independent Firebase/Google retention periods.
