1. Cel Community
Publikowane materiały powinny być związane z perkusją i mieć rzeczywistą wartość treningową lub muzyczną. Udostępniaj Groove’y, Fille, Rudimenty i Rudiment Workouts, które mogą pomóc innym w nauce lub treningu, oraz nadawaj im zrozumiałe nazwy i opisy.
2. Niedozwolone treści i zachowania
W Community nie wolno publikować ani podejmować działań obejmujących:
- spam, wielokrotnie powielane materiały oraz celowo bezsensowne, losowe lub puste materiały,
- reklamy niezwiązane z funkcją Community,
- treści bezprawne oraz materiały naruszające prawa autorskie lub inne prawa osób trzecich,
- podszywanie się pod inne osoby, oszustwa lub próby wprowadzania użytkowników w błąd,
- groźby, nękanie, obrażanie innych osób lub treści nawołujące do nienawiści,
- treści seksualne lub obsceniczne,
- treści wykorzystujące dzieci lub zagrażające ich bezpieczeństwu,
- cudze dane osobowe publikowane bez uprawnienia.
3. Odpowiedzialne publikowanie
Publikuj tylko materiały, do których masz prawo, i szanuj prywatność innych. Publikujący odpowiada za udostępnianą treść. Publikacja jest dobrowolna i widoczna dla innych użytkowników Community; autor może usunąć własny materiał.
4. Zgłoszenia i moderacja
Materiały naruszające zasady można zgłaszać w aplikacji. Pieńkawa.pl może usuwać treści i podejmować inne działania moderacyjne w celu ochrony użytkowników, Community lub zgodności z prawem. Poważne lub powtarzające się naruszenia mogą skutkować ograniczeniem dostępu do Community.
5. Usunięcie konta
Usunięcie konta usuwa również wszystkie publikacje należące do tego konta, zgodnie z aktualnym mechanizmem usuwania danych.

1. Purpose of Community
Published material should relate to drumming and provide genuine practice or musical value. Share Grooves, Fills, Rudiments, and Rudiment Workouts that can help others learn or practice, and give them clear names and descriptions.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Community must not be used for:
- spam, repeatedly duplicated material, or intentionally meaningless, random, or empty material,
- advertising unrelated to the Community feature,
- unlawful content or material that infringes copyright or other third-party rights,
- impersonation, fraud, or attempts to mislead users,
- threats, harassment, insults, or hateful content,
- sexual or obscene content,
- content that exploits or endangers children,
- publishing another person's personal data without authorization.
3. Publish responsibly
Only publish material you have the right to share, and respect the privacy of others. Publishers are responsible for their content. Publishing is optional and posts are visible to other Community users; authors can delete their own material.
4. Reports and moderation
Material that violates these guidelines can be reported in the app. Pieńkawa.pl may remove content and take other moderation action to protect users, Community, or compliance with law. Serious or repeated violations may result in restricted access to Community.
5. Account deletion
Deleting an account also removes all posts belonging to that account under the current data deletion mechanism.
